Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Replacements at Elati, Mariposa, and Security Command Center Locations (15% SBE Goal)

Original Pre-Bid Briefing was on performed on February 26, 2025. RTD had a request for a second briefing which we will honor scheduled for March 12, 2025 at 10:00a.m.

We will meet at RTD's Mariposa Light Rail Facility, 605 Mariposa Street, Denver to check out Mariposa and the Security Command Center. That is where we will do the safety minute and talk about project generalities.

Then RTD staff and bidders will proceed to Elati Light Rail Facility at 2701 South Elati Street, Englewood. The Elati work is more complicated and will take longer to see than the first two.

Google maps says Elati is 6 miles and 15 minutes from Mariposa, if I-25 is moving and no one gets lost.

When you visit these sites, you will need a high visibility vest. Sturdy shoes are required. They do not need to be safety-toe shoes.
