The Town of Charlton hereby invite sealed bids for the term December 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026 for #2 Heating Fuel Oil. All bids must be in conformity with all pertinent statutes and regulations of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. All bids must be sealed and labeled “#2 HEATING FUEL OIL” and received at the Town Administrator’s Office, 37 Main Street, Charlton, MA no later than 2:00 PM. on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at which time and place, bids will be publicly opened and read.  The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part thereof; when it appears that it’s in the best interest of the Town by doing so.
