Project Description: The City of Jefferson, herein referred to as City, invites interested, qualified heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC) firms, herein referred to as bidders, contractor, etc., capable of providing maintenance and repairs to existing HVAC units to submit bids. The City is seeking an hourly rate plus parts at cost or a percentage markup.
