Heater Repair at Firing Range Building

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. Customs and Border Protection intends to negotiate a Sole Source Award with vendor Malta Enterprises for HVAC services. The Contractor shall provide HVAC/Heating System repair services in accordance with the requirements of this SOW. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. No solicitation will be made available. Interested parties who wish to submit information about their companies’ capabilities can email the contract specialist no later than 5:00 PM, Eastern Time, 7/24/2024. The Port Authority of New York has lists of approved vendors which the Lessor is required to use. Prologis, the building management, regularly uses Malta Enterprises to perform contract work in Building 77. This includes the inspection and repair of the building owned fresh air intake system to the firearms range. Only Malta can perform work in the space at this time as they are approved by both the Port Authority of New York and the Lessor.
