Heat Exchanger for the NAC Heating System

The City College of New York (“CCNY” and/or “College”) of The City University of New York (“CUNY” and/or “University”) is seeking to purchase a Tranter Heat Exchanger SPW-055. No substitutions will be accepted. See attached document for detailed specifications.

Prospective respondents must complete the attached Request for Quotes (“RFQ”) and send it to the Designated Contact listed below.

Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the University’s Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, the RFQ, and the Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts, version June 2023 (Appendix A).

Under the requirements of the Procurement Lobbying Law (PLL), all communications regarding advertised projects are to be channeled through the Designated Contact. Communication with respect to this procurement initiated by or on behalf of an interested vendor through others than the Designated Contact may constitute an “impermissible contact” under NYS law and could result in disqualification of that vendor.
