Solicitation Document Description: This RFP is to procure professional services for an Ash Study at the facility to determine future ash processing strategies and determine Beneficial Use applications for implementation from the recommendations of this study.

Pre-Bid Meeting: .1        Optional Site Meeting

.1        All Suppliers are encouraged to attend an optional site meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project. The optional site meeting will take place at Highland Creek Treatment Plant, 51 Beechgrove Drive, Toronto, ON on November 5, 2024 at 10:00am local time. The optional site meeting will start in the Plant Training Room. The site meeting will include a site walk.

.2        Suppliers wanting to attend the optional site meeting must advise the Procurement Contact via the message board in SAP Ariba within three (3) working days prior to the site meeting with the following information:
1.        Name(s) of attendees
2.        Contact information (telephone / e-mail address) of the personnel that will be attending the site meeting
