HEARTH Operator Services, Lower Mainland BC

This Request for Proposals (“the NRFP”) issued by the BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) is an invitation to Non-Profit Operators to submit proposals for the provision of providing Homelessness Encampment Action Response Temporary Housing (HEARTH)Operator Services for the housing site located in Lower Mainland, BC as further described in this appendix.

All queries and information requests are to be made in writing only to the contact at the above email address. No responses to any other form of request will be responded to.
Proponents must submit a signed Appendix 10 – Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to obtain Appendix 9 – The Deliverables including site location and site-specific information, and addenda. No submission will be accepted from proponents who did not submit the signed NDA. The signed NDA must be submitted via email to the BC Housing Contact Person before March 6, 2026 @ 2:00 P.M. PT.
Responses must be submitted electronically through BC Bid to www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca . Responses submitted in any other manner will not be considered.
