This Request for Proposals (“the RFP”) issued by the BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing ”) is an invitation to Non-Profit Operators to submit proposals for the provision of providing HEARTH Operator Services for the HEARTH site to be located in Kamloops, BC as further described in Appendix 9 – Scope of Deliverables and in the draft HEARTH Operator Sample Agreement attached as Appendix 8.

All queries and information requests are to be made in writing only to the contact at the above email address.  No responses to any other form of request will be responded to.

Proponents must submit a signed Appendix 1 0 – Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to obtain information about site location and Appendix 9 - Scope of Deliverables. No submission will be accepted from proponents who did not submit the signed NDA.

The deadline for submitting the signed NDA is: September 18, 2024 @ 2:00 p.m. PT.

Proposals must be submitted electronically through email to jowu@bchousing.org . Proposals submitted in any other manner will not be considered.

The following is BC Housing’s timeline for the procurement process:

NDA Submission Deadline September 18, 2024 @ 2:00 p.m. PT
Deadline for Questions: November 8, 2024 @ 2:00 p.m. PT
Deadline for Issuing Addenda: November 14, 2024
Submission Deadline: November 21, 2024 @ 2:00 p.m. PT
