It is the intent of the City of Wichita Falls to set forth minimum requirements necessary to award a contract for the design/construction of new sidewalks in the City’s “Heart of the Falls” Revitalization area. This project will involve filling in approximately 947 linear feet of existing sidewalk gaps to provide accessible paths in the neighborhood.
