Event Description:	The purpose of this RFP is to select a qualified respondent that can satisfy the State’s need for administration support of the Hearing Aid Assistance Program. It is the intent of CDHHE/ISDH to contract with an entity that will manage relationships with hearing aid manufacturers, recruit and maintain licensed audiologists as registered participants, promote the program statewide, manage the application process, as well as distribute hearing aids to qualified program participants.
