25-61 Healthy Children's Fund - Child Care Capital Projects

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by Whatcom County Purchasing at their office in the Administrative Services Department on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Ave Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for purchase of the following:

Healthy Children’s Fund – Child Care Capital Projects

UNTIL: 2:30 PM, Tuesday, September 16 23, 2025 (Extended in Addendum 2)

And at which time and place proposals will be publicly opened (live/virtual via Zoom), and the names of the submitters read aloud. All interested people are invited to be attend the virtual proposal opening via Zoom. Late proposals will not be considered.

Whatcom County Health and Community Services is seeking proposals for capital projects to rehabilitate, expand, renovate, or repurpose physical spaces to increase early learning and care slots in a mixed delivery system in Whatcom County.
