Vendor of Record (VOR) Arrangements for

Pandemic Management Pricing

This document outlines the requirements to establish a Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement with HealthPRO Procurement Services Inc. (“HealthPRO Canada”). HealthPRO Canada has several existing VOR arrangements for pandemic products with suppliers in the market, however, to serve our members well during a pandemic, we are accepting additional suppliers/products. This is open to all qualified suppliers who are interested in supplying HealthPRO Canada with critical products used for the prevention, assessment and/or treatment of a pandemic virus that may impact the members. Suppliers are asked to put forward pricing for their products they are recommending in the attached Pandemic VOR Workbook.

Background

HealthPRO Canada, in an ongoing effort to support members in their pandemic management requirements, will establish national VOR arrangements with interested suppliers to provide a comprehensive range of critical pandemic products.

The arrangements will be made available to all HealthPRO Canada members and are intended to be used when pandemic supplies are required. The arrangements are supplementary to existing HealthPRO Canada contracts and as such, there may be some duplication of line items; pandemic pricing may differ from contract pricing. The VOR arrangements do not require member commitment and may be amended by the supplier or by HealthPRO Canada at any point during the arrangement period.
