Project Description: Wake County Public Health is proud to announce the release of its fifth HealthLit4Wake Mini Grant Awards! HealthLit4Wake is supported by a federal grant from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Assistance Listing Number (ALN) 93.967, which focuses on improving health literacy and access to reliable health information.
Through this initiative, Wake County Government will use the mini grant awards to strengthen partnerships with community organizations that provide health resources and services throughout the county. The awards will support organizations that help share accurate, timely, and culturally appropriate health information with local communities.
