| Description: | The DOC is seeking a new medical records patient identifier labeling system for our eleven multidisciplinary health care service facilities across the state. We currently still use a paper-based recording system. We are looking for a replacement that can be both a standalone offline system and also have the ability to connect to a network/computer for our eventual transition to an electronic health record system. |
