This Request for Proposal (RFP) invites submittals from highly qualified and experienced firms for the provision of Health and Welfare Benefits administration and services for the City of Lancaster, Texas. The City’s primary objective is to enter into a contract with a provider that offers a robust provider network, superior member services, and competitive pricing structures to ensure a high standard of comprehensive care for our workforce.
