Synopsis The project consists of renovation through the existing building to create a Permanent Supporting Housing site, to be constructed in phases to allow initial partial occupancy under a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy. Building includes a basement and 4 stories above grade. Work on the contract includes but is not limited to reconfiguration of support and laundry areas, conversion of sleeping units into dwelling units with kitchenettes, new accessible units and exterior shelter, paint striping, and revisions to fire protection systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and all other work as detailed in Contract documents.
