Health Office Supplies 2026-2027

Project Description: Rochester Public Schools (RPS) is soliciting quotations from qualified vendors to provide Health Office supplies district-wide for the 2026-2027 school year. The District intends to enter into a formal agreement with the selected vendor(s) for an initial one (1) year term, beginning July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. All submitted pricing must be firm for the entire contract period and FOB delivered. No price changes will be permitted until the contract has completed one full year. The District intends to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder(s) in accordance with Rochester Public Schools' terms, conditions, policies, and procedures. This will be a line item award.
