The County of Salem is soliciting proposals through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq as delineated below.

Sealed RFP responses will be received by Purchasing, on December 17, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time in the Salem County Administration Building, Office of the Purchasing Agent, 110 Fifth Street, Suite 400, Salem, New Jersey, 08079, at which time and place responses will be opened for Health Insurance Broker Services for Salem County.

Specifications may be obtained daily between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM from the Salem County Office of the Purchasing Agent, Fifth Street Office Complex, 110 Fifth Street, Suite 400, Salem, New Jersey 08079 or they may be mailed on telephone request (856) 935-7510, extension 8401 or e-mail request to purchasing@salemcountynj.gov *protected email* .

Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 Affirmative Action and P.L. 1977, C. 33, as amended by P.L. 2016, C. 43, N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 Corporate Disclosure.
