Description
It is the intent of the University to solicit design and construction services to resolve ongoing chilled water piping issues within the facility and to provide appropriate mechanical systems throughout the facility. The facility is approximately 150,000 gross square feet in size and was constructed in 2009.Various educational and student service and support functions are located within the facility.
