Health Department Electronic Health Record System

Ellis County Health Department, ECHD, is seeking to implement an electronic health record (EHR) system specific to local public health operations. Ease of use, medical billing, connections to other state and local systems, patient appointments, and reminders are among the technological improvements that are important in this search as ECHD desires to move away from paper charting and legacy software.

Submittals that are not received on or before the specified deadline will not be accepted (no exceptions). Ellis County Health Department reserves the right to request follow-up information or clarification from vendors in consideration.
