PUBLIC NOTICE

Town of Hooksett 35 Main Street, Hooksett, for the following:

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL BID #26-01: “Heads Pond Access Improvements Project”

Bid will be accepted until March 19th @ 1:00pm

Sealed Bid Proposals, plainly marked “Bid #26-01, Heads Pond Trail Access Improvements Project

On the outside of the mailing envelope as well as the sealed bid envelope, addressed to the

Administration Department, Town Hall, 35 Main Street, Hooksett, NH 03106, will be accepted until

Thursday March 19,2026 @ 1:00pm, when all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The project

includes modifications to the existing Heads Pond Trail access, located on Rte. 3 across from Green’s

Marine. Minor drainage improvements and two paved handicapped spaces will also be part of the

scope. Documents will be transmitted via email, upon requests. Requests for bid documents shall be

made to Stantec, via emailing dan.tatem@stantec.com

The Town of Hooksett reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technical or legal

deficiencies, and to accept any bid that provides the best perceived value to the Town.
