Head Start Building Addition

Project Description: The Board of Education of the Green Bay Area Public School District, Green Bay, Wisconsin, will receive sealed bids for the Addition to Head Start School Building in Green Bay, Wisconsin, until 2:00 P.M., C.D.T., December 4, 2024. Sealed bids to be mailed in shall be mailed to the attention of Luanne O’Leary, Director of Facility Planning and Related Services, 200 S. Broadway Street, P.O. Box 23387, Green Bay, Wisconsin 54305. Hand delivered proposals shall be received at Administrative Offices, Room 123, 200 South Broadway, Green Bay, Wisconsin 54303. The outside of the envelope shall be marked "SEALED BID FOR HEAD START BUILDING ADDITION" along with the contractors’ name. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud by the Owner in the Administrative Offices, address above. Each prime bidding contractor shall be informed in writing as to who was awarded the work. Bids will not be accepted if received after the above-mentioned time.
