Description
Hall County, Georgia¿s Parks & Community Services Department is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors with experience in historic structures to grade and pave of a parking area with associated sidewalks at the Head Rucker House located on Whitehall Road near the entrance to Healan¿s Mill Park. This project includes pavement striping, traffic signage, bioretention area, vegetated filter strip, storm water piping, drainage swell, septic system installation, house renovation, and barn restoration. The contractor shall be responsible for completion of the civil, renovation, and restoration work.
