The City of Spokane, through its Parks & Recreation Department (hereinafter “City”) is initiating this Request for Proposals (IRFP) to solicit Proposals from individuals interested in the Head Golf Professional/Manager position at Indian Canyon Golf Course, 1000 South Assembly Road, Spokane WA. 99224.
