HEA 4480 WIC Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program 2025 Coupons. This is a 12-page self-cover coupon book. The coupons are consecutively numbered, stitched as one each of six different coupon fronts per booklet with two staples on the perforated left stub. There are six (6) different coupons different copy on front and the same common copy on the backs of each coupon. Each booklet must contain one of each coupon. All coupons in a booklet shall contain a different nutrition educational message (front copy).
