This solicitation seeks a “Statement of Qualification” (SOQ) for Project Consultant Services on behalf of the University of Nebraska (“The Owner”) to augment the “Project Team” comprised of HDR Architecture Inc. (HDR) and Kiewit Building Group Inc. (KBG) to deliver a new state-of-art academic acute care facility: Project NExT Phase I, Project Health - Building The Healthiest Nebraska (“The Project”), located on the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) campus in Omaha, Nebraska.
Please note: this solicitation supersedes eBid #4013-24-8110 regarding Specialty Interiors; all interested firms must submit according to this solicitation only.
The Project Team is seeking a “Project Consultant” for Professional Interiors Consulting Services. The Project Consultant will contract directly with HDR to provide services including, but not limited to, design and construction administration services for The Project. The Program Stage is complete, and the Validation Phase is currently underway.
The eBid system is only serving as an advertisement of this scope of work for the University of Nebraska on behalf of HDR Architecture. Please direct all questions in writing to Andrea Middleton at andrea.middleton@hdrinc.com and copy Bryan Nielsen at bryan.nielsen@hdrinc.com by the deadline indicated in the attached RFQ.
