HCHS - INTERCOM ADDITION

The Haralson County School District is looking to obtain a RFQ from vendors to remove the old analog
intercom system speakers and replace them with a new Valcom IP speaker and Cat5/6 cabling (1:1).

These new speakers should have a talkback button in each classroom to communicate with the Front
Office (These are already in place in the CCA and Freshman Academy classrooms). These speakers will
append to the recently installed Valcom IP system for the CCA, Freshman Academy (classrooms only),
Main Lobby and Main Gym and Weight Room and will complete the VOIP Intercom System at Haralson
County High School. We are currently running a Valcom IP 6000 Unit.

These locations include Fine Arts (Interior and Exterior), Field House (Interior and Exterior), Auxiliary
Gym and Gym Lobby (Interior and Exterior), the Main Building (excluding the new additions) Interior and
Exterior, the CTAE Wing (Interior and Exterior), Freshman Academy (Hallways and Exterior), ROTC
(Interior and Exterior), and Rebel Academy (Interior and Exterior).

We are also requesting a central unit that bypasses the phones and will allow announcements from the Front Office, Attendance Office and Freshman Academy.
