HCC RFP25-004 Non-Credit Class Schedules

Hagerstown Community College is requesting proposals for the printing and mailing of an estimated 106,000 to 109,000 non-credit class schedules, three times a year for an estimated total of 321,000 units. No third party deliveries, printer must transport via their own trucks -- no exceptions.  Contract will run July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026, with the option to renew for two, one year periods as described within RFP HCC25-004, dated 04/04/25.
