    • I1_1. Virginia State University is seeking an experienced facilitator to guide the development of a strategic plan for the HBCU-RaCE (Historically Black Colleges and Universities-Research and Collaboration Exchange) project. The facilitator will play a key role in steering the strategic planning process, helping the project team synthesize ideas, and managing the development of the project’s long-term direction. The selected facilitator must be available to attend two of the 2-day strategic planning retreats in Nashville, TN, scheduled for early 2025 and early 2026. The facilitator's role is to manage and guide the team throughout the Strategic Planning Meeting, ensuring that the group remains focused on developing a coherent plan. Additionally, the facilitator will take detailed notes during the meeting and provide feedback to the Project Director. It is also expected that the facilitator will offer consultation during the preparation phase for the meeting. Please see attached detailed scope of work.
