HB 25-16 Small Tracts Water Main Extension

The Haines Borough is requesting proposals for the Small Tracts water main extension construction project.

WORK includes looping two existing branches of the Haines Borough public water system by installing new high density polyethylene (HDPE) water pipe, poly water services, valves, hydrant assemblies, and other water system improvements on Small Tracts Road, Small Tracts Spur, and McPhetres Lane in Haines, AK.

Base Bid WORK includes the portion of improvements shown on the plans starting at the Beginning of Project (BOP), along Small Tracts Road, Small Tracts Spur and to the End of Project (EOP) at Bear Trail Lane.

Bid Alternate WORK includes the portion of improvements shown on the plans along McPhetres Lane.

The Engineer's estimate for all of the WORK detailed herein is $3,000,000.00 or less.
