Invitation to Bidders:
Hazen School District – Hazen, AR
C.R. Crawford Construction, acting as Construction Manager for the Hazen School District, and will be receiving sealed/and or emailed bids for trade contract packages for several projects for the Hazen School District in Hazen, AR. The 4 projects contain several different construction
practices as follows:
1. Hazen AGRI – 6885 SF PEMB/Metal Stud Construction, Ground-Up
2. Hazen Pre-K – 5400 SF Wood Frame/Wood Truss Construction with CMU safe room, Ground-Up
3. Hazen Football Fieldhouse – 5317 SF Structural CMU Construction, Ground-Up
4. Women’s Weight Room – 2500 SF Renovation of existing women’s locker room
Bids will be received until 5:00 PM, March 16th, 2026, and should be emailed (PDF format preferred) to Jacob Boshears ( jboshears@crcrawford.com ). There will not be a public bid opening. Bids will be received and placed under review. The Project Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any formalities. Any bids received after the stated bid time will not be considered.

Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid which exceeds $35,000, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidder must have a current general or specialty license from the Arkansas Contractor’s License Board before the bid proposal will be considered. The bid proposal and the work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 22-9-203, C.R. Crawford Construction and Hazen School District encourage all small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises to submit bids for this project.
