Description:

Bronx Psychiatric Center, located at 1500 Waters Place Bronx, NY 10461 is seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a contractor to provide Hazardous Waste Removal Services at its facility.

An optional site visit is scheduled for Wednesday. April 3, 2024, at 10:00 AM EST. Interested bidders are to sign in at building 40, facility main security desk.

Questions from attendees are to be submitted to the Bureau of Procurement Enterprise Services per the instructions in the IFB by Wednesday. April 10, 2024, by 3:00 PM EST. Questions and Answers will be accumulated and sent to all attendees by Wednesday. April 17, 2024, as well as posted to this ad.

Bids are due no later than Wednesday. April 24, 2024, by 3:00 PM EST.

"Pursuant to the NYS Finance Law, Sections 139-j and 139k, the Procurement Lobbying Act, applies to this solicitation. The restricted period began with the publication of this ad and will end with the formal approval by OSC of the contractual agreement".
