- Summary:The intent of this solicitation is to seek bids from qualified firms to provide a safe means of transportation, recycling and/or disposal of collected household hazardous materials, and accumulated hazardous wastes from the Water Pollution Control Plant, the Equipment Bureau, any other County facilities that may generate hazardous waste, and materials from any emergency clean-up responses to spills, in each case, on an as needed basis, for up to a five-year period.
