The types of hazardous building materials may include but are not limited to:
1. Abatement of asbestos-containing materials.
2. Abatement of lead containing building materials both inside and outside of the building envelope.
3. Abatement of mold, wet building materials, fungal and biological material.
4. Removal, preparation and disposal of PCB containing light ballasts.
5. Other hazardous materials as may be required. Including but not limited to silica, animal and human waste, drug paraphernalia, and other construction debris.
