Solicitation
The Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center located at 516 East Nizhoni Ave, Gallup NM 87301 is soliciting for Hazardous Chemical and Battery Waste Collection and Disposal Services in accordance with the attached RFQ 75H71025Q00098. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 562112 with a small business size standard of $47 million.
The Request for Quotations No. RFQ75H71025Q00098 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures is hereby issued on July 10, 2025. Evaluation factors include the technical capability to meet the government need, applicable training, proof of proper equipment excellent operating condition, and price. Quotes will be due on July 30, 2025 no later than 4:00 PM MSDT. To maintain the integrity of fair opportunity, no substitutions, alterations, or optional quotes accepted. If visitation of site is requested please contact the Acquisition office before 3:00 PM, July 23, 2025 to schedule an appointment for July 24, 2025. The acquisition is an unrestricted solicitation.
