In RFP #: HMMS Equipment SY26, issued February 18, 2026, Clarifications/Additional
Information/Changes below to Scope of Work, and answers to questions received by
deadline stated in RFP.

Approved Manufacturers:
The manufacturer listed in the original RFP is the basis of design. However, equivalent
products from other manufacturers will be considered, provided they meet or exceed all
specifications, dimensions, performance requirements, and quality standards outlined in
this RFP.
Bidders proposing alternate manufacturers must submit complete technical
documentation, cut sheets, and specifications demonstrating equivalency for review and
approval.
