Project Description: The City of Lubbock is soliciting bids for Hay Harvesting. Contractor is requested to perform all labor, equipment operation, and services to harvest the hay crop located on City designated plots. Work includes cutting the hay, baling the hay, removing the bales, and stacking the finished product in close proximity to the plots as directed by City personnel.
