The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has a requirement for a Design-Build project for the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary located at, 726 S. Kihei Rd, Kihei, HI 96753. This project constitutes renovation of the Visitor Center Building, Learning Center Building, Classroom/Office Building, and site improvements. The Statement of Work Abstract is included in the Request for the Qualifications, and the full scope of work will be included in the resultant Request for Proposals.
This requirement is solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
