Sealed bids will be received by Haverford Township via the PennBID Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) until 1:00 o'clock PM, prevailing time, on the 31st day of July 2025, at which time and place they will be publicly read for:

All documents and solicitations are available anytime at no cost at PennBID (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com).
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same.
Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
The project involves installing electrical conduits, wires, and solar panels on the PV racking system at the Haverford Township building. The solar panels are located along the first-floor parapet wall/ canopy and will require penetration through the exterior wall to the point of electrical connection.
A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on Thursday, July 24th, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. at the Township Building, 1014 Darby Road, Haverford, PA 19041.
