This project consists of the construction of one approximately 40’ x 80’ CMU buildings to house 3 vertical turbine pumps and motors, as well as the associated electrical and mechanical appurtenances to support the function of the well station. Most site piping and landscaping were done in phase 1 of this project This project will take place within the City of Spokane Valley.
