This pre-solicitation synopsis is notice in accordance with FAR 13.105, Synopsis and Posting Requirements, is to notify the public that a solicitation will be forthcoming for onsite basic/standard air calibration services for four (4) Met One (previously HACH) Model: 3415 Particle Counters and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) bench testing/calibration for four (4) Met One (previously HACH) Relative Temperature/ Humidity (RH/Temp) sensors in support of the Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract at the Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). This requirement will be full and open, NAICS Code 811219, PSC Code J052. All details will be in the solicitation itself. Estimated issue date for the solicitation is on or around 18 OCTOBER 2024. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hard copies will not be provided, although may be downloaded on or after the issue date by accessing beta.SAM.gov.

CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain an interested party list, therefore, it is recommended that any interested parties periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and respond to them prior to the date and time set may render your quote nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the same.
