Hartford Public Safety Building (PSB) Heat Pump System RFP
Proposals are requested for a Heat Pump system at the Hartford Police and Fire Department facility.

Summary of Work
This design/build project consists of the removal and disposal of split packaged and window/wall AC units, furnishing, installing, and putting into good operating condition air source heat pumps serving multiple rooms in the fire and police departments, adding two hydronic control valves and two pieces of electric baseboard radiation.
