Bids are being solicited by Cherokee Nation Cultural and Economic Development, L.L.C. (“Company”) or the Cherokee Nation Businesses, L.L.C. wholly-owned entity identified in the attached Statement of Work to furnish pricing for a new presentation system for each conference room at the Hartford Building.

MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING ON MARCH 18TH, 2025 AT 1PM. The meeting will be held at the Hartford Building. All questions will need to be submitted by email to Sr Buyer Amy Eubanks at amy.eubanks@cn-bus.com. The deadline for questions will be March 24th , 2025 by 5pm.
Bids are due on March 26th, 2025 by 5pm

RFP Hartford Office conference room.

A new presentation system for each of the following conference room at the Hartford office.

•        The conference room need to be able to connect wirelessly and via HDMI casting to present from computer to presentation system (no click shares)
o        macOS computers, iOS devices, and Windows laptops (Specifically Dell / Lenovo)
•        Crestron Conferencing equipment (video, audio, speaker)
o        Ability to Mute the room
o        Ability to adjust volume
o        Ability to utilize Teams
o        Not looking for Surface Hubs
•        Ability to label the conference equipment based on room name
•        Ability to invite room for meeting without joining on personal device
White Noise Machines
•        Control zones at IT Closet for all devices
•        Zones throughout outside conference room (1-4 Zones)
Hardware
•        Need to replace TV in the conference room
•        Need to upgrade all sound in room
