ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 502 N. 4th St., PO

Box 83720, Boise, Idaho 83720-0072 until 10:30 am local time, on Thursday, December 18th, 2025, for

DPW Project 25206 Boiler replacement in the Harry Morrison Lab (HML) building, Boise State

University, Boise, Idaho.

The Base Bid description of the Work of this project can be summarized to include: Removal of one gas-fired

boiler, heating water pump, expansion tank, and associated accessories in the mechanical room that

currently provide heat to the building and replace with (2) new condensing boilers, (2) new floor mounted

pumps, new expansion tank and new piping accessories. Upgrade the existing direct digital controls as

needed for the new equipment.

Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Thursday, December 4th, 2025, beginning at 10:00 am, prevailing

local time, at the Boise State University Harry Morrison Lab (HML), Boise, Idaho. Bidders are

encouraged to attend.

One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and

electrical subcontractors from the Engineer for a refundable deposit of $200.00. Others may obtain

documents at cost, non-refundable.

A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public

Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.

Estimated Cost: $375,000
