Description

The City of Houston (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified vendor(s) to implement and manage a comprehensive Social Reassurance Program for older adults (60+) for the Harris County Area Agency on Aging (“HCAAA”).  The firm vendor(s) must provide regular contact for an older person by means of phone calls, texting, video chatting, or instant messaging; and initiating necessary actions in the event the older person cannot be reached after multiple attempts.  The agreement will be for an initial one (1) year term with four (4) one-year renewal options for a maximum five-year (5) contract term.
