Description

This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.





The solicitation is an Unrestircted (full and open competition) under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 532490 with an associated small business size standard of $40.0 million.





The Indian Health Service (IHS), Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility (CCHCF), Chinle AZ 86503 off US Highway 191 and Hospital Drive. CCHCF needs a contractor to provide Harm Reduction Vending Machine Services. Services shall be provided in strict accordance with Scope of Work and Specifications.
