Description of Solicitation:
The procurement requires the provision of 40 Harloff Medical Storage Cabinets. This will be a brand name only procurement. This will be a total set-aside for SDVOSB.

Only one quote. Quote shall be on offeror s company letterhead, in PDF format and emailed to Dawn.Collins@va.gov NO LATER THAN 01/02/2026 at 11:00 AM EST. The solicitation number, 36C24926Q0068 must be referenced in the subject line
Product information brochure with specifications and user manual shall accompany quote.
Offeror must provide an authorized distributor letter from the OEM.

Award will be based upon a comparative evaluation of quotes in accordance with the FAR Model Deviation [Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO)] 12.203(a). Comparative evaluation is the side by side pairwise comparison of quotes based on factors resulting in a Contracting Officer decision for the quote most favorable to the Government.
