Description:

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is pursuant to the agency's discretionary purchasing authority of up to $85,000.00 under State Finance Law Article 11, Section 163(b).

The New York State Police (NYSP) is soliciting quotes for the purchase of three (3) Harley Davidson FLHTP Electra Glide Motorcycles. Please see the attached mandatory requirements for complete item specifications as well as additional required parts and accessories.

Please note:

  • Substitutions will not be accepted. Quoted items must be as described and stated in the attached requirements.
  • Quotes must be itemized to show unit price per item.
  • The delivery location for these motorcycles will be New York State Police - SP Poughkeepsie, located at 2541 Route 44, Salt Point, NY 12578.
