Solicitation Summary
The purpose of this contract is to purchase one (1) New and unused Certified Law Enforcement Motorcycle, Harley-Davidson FLHTP 1868cc Electra Glide Police with ducted fairing and windshield (No Substitute). This unit will be utilized by the Maryland Transportation Authority Police for law enforcement activities on major state highways and roadways. This contract will provide a Harley Davidson Certified Police Motorcycle for a one-time purchase. It is the intent of MDTA to award a single contract to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. Prices shall be quoted for one (1)
Harley Davidson Certified Police Motorcycle to include delivery Freight on Board (FOB) destination, freight prepaid and allowed.
