The City of Trinidad is requesting bids for the replacement of the fascia 31 Linear Ft. of Hardy Fascia on the west side of the building, as well as the existing plywood exterior ceiling 372 sq ft. with 4x8 sheets of Hardy, adding R30 Batt insulation and cover seams with hardy strips at the Police Department located at 160 E 1st Street.

A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough will be held on June 11th, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. All interested contractors must attend the walkthrough to be eligible to submit a bid.

Bids are due on June 25, 2026, by 5:00 p.m.
